Gary Watkins’ Production has a list of bylaws and policy where I want all clients to be aware and knowledgeable of before submitting a deposit. Bylaws and policies serve distinct, yet complementary, purposes within GWP. Bylaws establish the foundational rules and structure of the organization, while policies provide detailed guidelines for specific operations.

| Deposit/ Reservation Fee | FOR EVENTS, PHOTOSHOOTS, AND WEDDINGS: Deposits are required to reserve a booking with GWP. IN STUDIO PHOTOSHOOTS ONLY: Deposits are nonrefundable once the payment is submitted to the host or studio. “Why?” The deposit for in studio photoshoots goes to the host or studio owner to reserve the space, not GWP. The remaining balance is the portion that solely goes to GWP. ON LOCATION PHOTOSHOOTS: Deposits are refundable if made aware or requested 7 days of the scheduled booking day. Once the booking is 7 days or less of taking place, the deposit will become nonrefundable. |
| Expedite Fee | GWP edits content in the order the request is received and completed. “First come, first serve”. Clients will have the option to pay the expedite fee and that will immediately move you to the front of the priority list in post production (editing). Expedite fee will subject to further discussion. |
| Forgiveness/ Grace Clause | For any client that experience GWP late or tardiness will subject to additional content or a discounted rate on the total. GWP wants to ensure clients get the best experience when booking and the time they are paying for their service(s) requested. |
| Late Fee | FOR PHOTOSHOOTS ONLY: A late fee will be charged for any client that is significantly late for the start time of their booking. 20 minutes or later is when the late fee will activate. |
| “No Call, No Show” | For any client that subjects to a “no call, no show”, the deposit or travel fee will automatically subject to nonrefundable. No exceptions. |
| Payment Methods | The payment methods are Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle. Cash and money orders is not preferred but is accepted. |
| RAW Images | PHOTOSHOOTS ONLY: If the time permits, GWP will show clients the RAW images during the photoshoot and/ or promptly after the photoshoot is complete. The client(s) will have a chance to sort through all the images that were captured and choose the images you want edited in post production. |
| Refund | Refunds are optional for any booking except in studio photoshoots, podcast production, and weddings. |
| Reschedule | Clients can possibly reschedule your booking if made aware of 7-10 days prior to the booking day. |
| Travel Fee | The travel fee will consider as your deposit for any bookings that require the fee. The travel fee is calculated by .66-.84 x the miles travelled. The travel fee will subject to nonrefundable once I have arrived to the location or the nearest premises of your booking. |
| Turnaround Time | GWP turnaround time normally varies on a multitude of reasons. Such as how many bookings I have listed before yours, the complexity of your booking, etc. I will directly discuss with each client on what their turnaround time will approximately be. For any clients that is interested in moving in front of the priority list, view the description in the expedite fee above. |
