The Process
Wedding Planning & Coordination Process
Once your deposit has been received, we will begin discussing the details and vision for your wedding day to ensure everything is captured seamlessly and professionally.
During the planning process, I will gather important information regarding your wedding, including:
- Wedding party size and overall guest count
- Bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls, and ring bearer details
- Venue locations, lighting conditions, layout, and overall setup
- Timeline and key moments you would like highlighted
I also welcome any creative ideas, inspirations, or special requests you may have and will work with you to determine what can best be incorporated into your wedding coverage.
To ensure a smooth experience on the wedding day, I prefer to connect with the wedding coordinator and, when possible, attend the rehearsal. This allows me to become familiar with the ceremony flow, venue logistics, and important timing details so I know exactly where and when I need to be throughout the ceremony and reception.
During the ceremony, I typically remain mobile while using 1–2 handheld cameras to capture candid and cinematic moments. Additional stationary cameras may also be used to provide multiple angles and comprehensive coverage, either independently or alongside a second camera operator.
Before or after the ceremony, I will coordinate formal group portraits using a prepared checklist to ensure all important combinations are captured efficiently. Portrait sessions are generally limited to the wedding party and immediate family members. In most cases, group photos are organized from the largest groupings to the smallest to help streamline the process and maximize efficiency.
I am always happy to collaborate closely with the wedding coordinator to help direct and organize group portraits while keeping the experience enjoyable and stress-free for everyone involved.
What Will You Receive?
Delivery Format & File Organization
Depending on the services and package selected, clients will receive professionally organized folders containing their photo and/or video deliverables.
Photography Deliverables
Clients will receive two separate folders for all edited images:
- Full Resolution / Print-Ready Images
High-quality images optimized for printing, albums, and large-format use. - Web & Social Media Images
Optimized smaller-size files designed for social media sharing, website uploads, and digital use. These versions may include a small GWP watermark.
Videography Deliverables
Clients will receive:
- Condensed Highlight / Recap Film
A cinematic short-form edit tailored for easy sharing on social media and digital platforms. - Extended Wedding Film
A longer-form edited version featuring additional moments from the ceremony, reception, and key events from the wedding day.
All files are carefully edited, organized, and delivered in a user-friendly format to ensure an enjoyable viewing and sharing experience.
Wedding Photography
As a wedding photographer, GWP goal is to capture the visual narrative of your special day, from pre-ceremony preparations to the reception. I will document the events, both posed and candid, and provide edited photos that tell the story of the wedding. Depending on your package of choice, this includes photographing the ceremony, portraits of the couple and wedding party, and candid moments throughout the day. Active as of June 1, 2026.

Wedding Videography
As your wedding videographer, my goal is capture and create cinematic memories of your wedding day, transforming raw footage into a cherished film. Depending on your package of choice, GWP I will document the event, including pre-ceremony preparations, the ceremony, reception, and other special moments, to create a lasting visual story. This often involves using multiple cameras, various filming techniques, and post-production editing to produce a wedding video that reflects the couple’s unique style and emotions. For couples interested in booking GWP alongside an additional photographer, videographer, or second cinematographer to help capture every moment of their special day, below are a few trusted creative professionals that I highly recommend. These are talented peers whom I have worked with closely and who consistently deliver exceptional service and quality. Their professionalism, creativity, and collaborative approach help ensure your wedding day is captured seamlessly from every angle.
We thank you for considering us for your special day! Our wedding photography rate begins at $3500 for a full days worth of coverage. (8-10hrs, Travel fees excluded.). Engagement sessions are also already included in the pricing as well. In order to secure your slot, a $500 nonrefundable retainer will be due up front to secure your slot for your day with us and once paid we will set a date, time, & location for your engagement session. (All shoot details still apply. Travel fees if need be, payment methods, etc.)
The beauty of working with us is, as a thank you from Jeremy Coleman Photography to our Newlywed couples that we spend our day with, you get a complimentary 24×36 framed portrait of your choice delivered as a special gift as well! A highlight album of the most special and key moments can also be added on as well priced at an extra $500. A contract will also be provided upon quote acceptance before payment is made as well.

FredFilmedIt (Photographer/ Videographer)
FredFilmedIt is an amazing content creator, photographer, videographer, based in the Atlanta, GA area. Formally known as GP Wilcox, FredFilmedIt is highly creative, experienced, and is multitalented in content creation. He has done numerous of weddings. My video wedding recap prices are:
Package (A) $1250 – for the wedding and reception only (4-6 hours)
Package (B) $1850 – for the wedding, reception, and any footage before the wedding (getting dressed, makeup, bridal party, etc. Also drone footage and the option to be mic’d up if needed (6-10 hours)
Both Packages require a $500 deposit to secure the date. Wedding Contract will be sent via email and can be paid via PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App .
- Full Balance Due within 7 days of wedding date
- Wedding Recap Video is 4-7 minutes long
- Turnaround time is 7-14 days
- Travel Accommodations not included for events outside of ATL
