Photography | The base price for photoshoots for events start at $150 for 1 hour (celebrations, proposals, real estate, etc). The price will begin to accumulate. |

“What is time and a half?”
For any clients that want both services, the client will subject to paying “time and a half”. Similar to overtime pay rate, “time and a half” is when I will be responsible for capturing both photos & video and compensation will cover the primary and secondary services. We will discuss the booking before the booking on which service you want primarily and secondarily. Example: A client wants to book GWP for 1 hour of photos primarily and 2 hours of video secondarily. 1 hour of primary photography is $150 plus 1 hour of videography is $75, bringing the total to $225.
Travel Fee 🛣
A travel fee is a charge added to a service or product to cover the costs associated with travel, including transportation, lodging, and other expenses incurred when a service provider travels to a specific location to provide their service. GWP is based in the middle Georgia area and depending on the distance traveled to your event will dictate the amount of the travel. The travel fee is calculated by the amount of miles traveled x 0.66-0.84 cent.

I do encourage all clients to purchase a flash drive of at least 32 GB (gigabytes) or more. They can be found at various stores such as Best Buy, Dollar General/ Family Dollar, Target, Walmart, etc.
Booking Inquiry Form
Be sure to share as much details as you can. Once you share the information of your booking, I will reach out to you at my earliest convenience to further discuss your booking request. The deposit will be made once we come to an agreement on my availability and if I can perform the request you are making. Also, I strongly encourage all clients to view the bylaws and policy before booking.
Note: There will be a cancellation fee enforced for any bookings made 7 days or more prior to the booking date. Excluding the podcast. I approach bookings as “first come, first serve”.
Any cancelled bookings put GWP at a disadvantage and inconvenience to any other potential bookings. The cancellation fee will vary depending on the estimates of the booking.
Calendar
Below on the calendar is where you can view my availability. I only accept bookings between the times of 7 AM and 9 PM. Please be mindful that the dates can change on the calendar and no date or time is secure until GWP receives a deposit. The payment methods are Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, and Zelle.
