Weddings & Receptions
DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
Deposits are subject to $100 if there is no travel fee included.
Clients have the option of full payment or reoccurring payments. The payment methods are Apple Pay, Cash App, and PayPal.
The prices below only apply to local weddings; Middle Georgia. Any potential weddings that want to book GWP for weddings that exceed middle Georgia will subject to further discussion.
Contract and invoice will be created once deposit has been made.

For any clients that want to book GWP and another photographer/ videographer or second cameraman to capture your special day, here are a few of my peers that I work well with and I highly recommend to capture your wedding day:
We thank you for considering us for your special day! Our wedding photography rate begins at $3500 for a full days worth of coverage. (8-10hrs, Travel fees excluded.). Engagement sessions are also already included in the pricing as well. In order to secure your slot, a $500 nonrefundable retainer will be due up front to secure your slot for your day with us and once paid we will set a date, time, & location for your engagement session. (All shoot details still apply. Travel fees if need be, payment methods, etc.)
The beauty of working with us is, as a thank you from Jeremy Coleman Photography to our Newlywed couples that we spend our day with, you get a complimentary 24×36 framed portrait of your choice delivered as a special gift as well! A highlight album of the most special and key moments can also be added on as well priced at an extra $500. A contract will also be provided upon quote acceptance before payment is made as well.
FredFilmedIt (Photographer/ Videographer)
FredFilmedIt is an amazing content creator, photographer, videographer, based in the Atlanta, GA area. Formally known as GP Wilcox, FredFilmedIt is highly creative, experienced, and is multitalented in content creation. He has done numerous of weddings. My video wedding recap prices are:
Package (A) $1250 – for the wedding and reception only (4-6 hours)
Package (B) $1850 – for the wedding, reception, and any footage before the wedding (getting dressed, makeup, bridal party, etc. Also drone footage and the option to be mic’d up if needed (6-10 hours)
Both Packages require a $500 deposit to secure the date. Wedding Contract will be sent via email and can be paid via PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App .
- Full Balance Due within 7 days of wedding date
- Wedding Recap Video is 4-7 minutes long
- Turnaround time is 7-14 days
- Travel Accommodations not included for events outside of ATL

Your Experience
An experience with GWP will be one of the greatest experiences you will have when booking for a wedding! GWP is experience and has a variety of skills with photography and videography. You will be directed with facial expressions, gestures, poses, where to stand, and more. You can view my portfolio below:
What Will You Receive?
Depending on what you book for, clients will receive folders of photos and/ or video. In reference of the pictures, you will receive one folder that will have the “full size” version of the photos and the other folder will be “small size”/ social media version of the photos. The full size photos are meant for printing. The social media photos are meant for social media posting, website posting, etc. In regards of the video, you will receive one condensed/ recap video, which is catered more for social media posting. You will also received an “extended” version of the wedding and/ or reception.
The Process
Once I receive your deposit, we will further discuss the details of your wedding. I primarily want to know how many people or the size of the wedding party. The Bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls, ring bearer, the venue(s) lighting, setup, and size. I am also open to ideas and suggestions that you want and if they are possible. Next, I want to get in contact with the wedding coordinator and attend the rehearsal so I can know when and where I need to be during the ceremony and/ or reception. During the ceremony, I will be mobile with 1-2 in hand cameras and possibly 1-2 more cameras that are stationary on stands or with my second camera operator. Whether it is before the ceremony or after, I will have a checklist of group pictures that will be taking of the wedding party. Note: I, the photographer, am limited to the wedding party and the immediate family only. In most case scenarios, the checklist will begin with the biggest group to the smallest group in quantity. I am open to collaborating with the wedding coordinator with directing the wedding party pictures.
During the reception, I will be a mobile camera operator, capturing your overall view of your reception.

GWP goal is for all his clients to receive the best experience and service when booking for your wedding content! I can assure you that you will get your money’s worth! You can expect an embracing smile, great energy, engagement, laughter, and most importantly, high resolution content after they are edited and shared.

Wedding Videography Portfolio
As your wedding videographer, my goal is capture and create cinematic memories of your wedding day, transforming raw footage into a cherished film. Depending on your package of choice, GWP I will document the event, including pre-ceremony preparations, the ceremony, reception, and other special moments, to create a lasting visual story. This often involves using multiple cameras, various filming techniques, and post-production editing to produce a wedding video that reflects the couple’s unique style and emotions.
Wedding Photography Portfolio
As a wedding photographer, GWP goal is to capture the visual narrative of your special day, from pre-ceremony preparations to the reception. I will document the events, both posed and candid, and provide edited photos that tell the story of the wedding. Depending on your package of choice, this includes photographing the ceremony, portraits of the couple and wedding party, and candid moments throughout the day.
