Event photography is the professional practice of documenting live gatherings—such as conferences, weddings, parties, and concerts—to create a visual narrative that captures the atmosphere, emotions, and key moments. It focuses on producing high-quality images for marketing, memories, or branding through a mix of candid shots, detailed setups, and portraits.
Event videography is the professional process of recording live, social, or corporate gatherings on digital media, transforming raw moments into edited, high-quality highlight reels or full-length videos. It involves capturing diverse, non-scripted events like conferences, concerts, and parties, focusing on storytelling, atmosphere, and key moments.
Payment Methods: Apple Pay, Cash App, money order, PayPal, or Zelle.
Photography | The base price for event photography is $150 for 1 hour (concerts, corporate, parties, proposals, real estate closing day, etc). The price will begin to accumulate $125 per hour. |

Videography | The base price for video shoots for events. The general price start at $175 for 1 hour (concerts, corporate, parties, proposals, real estate closing day, etc). The price will begin to accumulate. |

Event Photography
Event photographers capture moments and scenes at various types of gatherings, such as weddings, parties, concerts, sports events, corporate functions, conferences, and more. Their primary role is to document the event – its atmosphere, significance, and highlights – through photography, creating a collection of high-quality images that can be cherished and shared by its participants and organizers.
Event Videography
Event videography is the art and practice of capturing and editing video content for social, cultural, or special events by a professional videographer. It goes beyond wedding videography and can cover a wide range of occasions — from first communions, anniversaries, proms, and bar mitzvahs to concerts, trade shows, and corporate events.
Travel Fee 🛣
A travel fee is a charge added to a service or product to cover the costs associated with travel, including transportation, lodging, and other expenses incurred when a service provider travels to a specific location to provide their service. GWP is based in the middle Georgia area and depending on the distance traveled to your event will dictate the amount of the travel. The travel fee is calculated by the amount of miles traveled x 0.66-0.84 cent.

I do encourage all clients to purchase a flash drive of at least 32 GB (gigabytes) or more. They can be found at various stores such as Best Buy, Dollar General/ Family Dollar, Target, Walmart, etc.
Book Here
Be sure to share as much details as you can. Once you share the information of your booking, I will reach out to you at my earliest convenience to further discuss your booking request. The deposit will be made once we come to an agreement on my availability and if I can perform the request you are making. Also, I strongly encourage all clients to view the bylaws and policy before booking.
Note: There will be a cancellation fee enforced for any bookings made 7 days or more prior to the booking date. Excluding the podcast. I approach bookings as “first come, first serve”.
Any cancelled bookings put GWP at a disadvantage and inconvenience to any other potential bookings. The cancellation fee will vary depending on the estimates of the booking.
Calendar
Below on the calendar is where you can view my availability. I only accept bookings between the times of 7 AM and 9 PM. Please be mindful that the dates can change on the calendar and no date or time is secure until GWP receives a deposit. The payment methods are Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, and Zelle.
